Obligasi I Mandiri Taspen Pos Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan I AKR Coporindo Tahap I Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR1,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of two series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 36 months and coupon rate of 8.50% per annum; and
- Series B with maturity period of 60 months and coupon rate of 8.75% per annum.
Offering period started on June 22nd, 2017 until July 5th, 2017. Distribution date is on July 11th, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on July 12th, 2017.
