Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Federal International Finance Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap IV Tahun 2018
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Federal International Finance Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap IV Tahun 2018. Total size of the bond offered is IDR1,300,440,000,000. Bond consists of two series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.50% per annum; and
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.75% per annum.
Offering period was on September 19th, 2018 until September 20th, 2018. Distribution date is on September 25th, 2018 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on September 26th, 2018.
