Obligasi Berkelanjutan I OCBC NISP Tahap II Tahun 2015
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan I OCBC NISP Tahap II Tahun 2015. Total size of the bond offered is IDR3,000,000,000,000, consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 9.00% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 2 years and coupon rate of 9.40% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 9.80% per annum
Offering period started on February 4th, 2015 until February 5th, 2015. Distribution date is on February 10th, 2015 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on February 11th, 2015.
