Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Astra Sedaya Finance Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap III Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the joint lead underwriters for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Astra Sedaya Finance Dengan Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap III Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,500,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.40% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of three years and coupon rate of 8.50% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of five years and coupon rate of 8.75% per annum.
Offering period started on February 27th, 2017 until February 28th, 2017. Distribution date is on March 3rd, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on March 6th, 2017.
