Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Indosat Tahap III Tahun 2018
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Indosat Tahap III Tahun 2018. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,719,000,000,000. Bond consists of five series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 6.05% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.40% per annum;
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 7.65% per annum;
- Series D with maturity period of 7 years and coupon rate of 8.20% per annum;
- Series E with maturity period of 10 years and coupon rate of 8.70% per annum; and
Offering period was on April 26th, 2018 until April 27th, 2018. Distribution date is on May 3rd, 2018 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on May 4th, 2018
