Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Niaga Tahap II Tahun 2017
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB NiagaTahap II Tahun 2017. Total size of the bond offered is IDR2,000,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely :
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 6.75% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 7.70% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.15% per annum.
Offering period was on August 16th, 2017 until August 18th, 2017. Distribution date is on August 23rd, 2017 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on August 24th, 2017.
