Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Niaga Tahap IV Tahun 2018
PT BCA Sekuritas acts as one of the underwriter for an issuance of Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Bank CIMB Niaga Tahap IV Tahun 2018. Total size of the bond offered is IDR1,021,000,000,000. Bond consists of three series, namely:
- Series A with maturity period of 370 days and coupon rate of 7.5% per annum;
- Series B with maturity period of 3 years and coupon rate of 8.5% per annum; and
- Series C with maturity period of 5 years and coupon rate of 8.8% per annum.
Offering period was on September 14th, 2018 and September 17th, 2018. Distribution date is on September 20th, 2018 with listing date at Indonesian Stock Exchange on September 21st, 2018.
